*** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL , J.(Oral) The petitioners are seeking execution of the recovery certificate issued by respondent No.4 as well as directions to respondents to consider and decide the representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that respondent No.2 be directed to execute and enforce the recovery certificate dated 20.02.2025 (Annexure P-6) issued by respondent No.4. He further submits that petitioners have sent a representation on 13.08.2025 (Annexure P-7) to the respondents, but no action has been taken so far.

Issue notice to the respondent Nos.1 to 3 only at this stage. 4.

At the asking of the Court, Mr. Akhil Kamra, AAG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and on instructions from Naib Tehsildar, Zirakpur-Kashish Garg submits that the property of the VANITA 2025.09.03 16:24 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order and judgment

CWP-26109-2025 respondents No.5 and 6 has already been attached and recovery would be effected within a period of two months.

In view of the limited prayer of the petitioners, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation of the petitioner dated 13.08.2025 (Annexure P-7) in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
