The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking regular bail in case FIR No.51 dated 02.02.2023, under Sections 354-A, 354-D, 506 of IPC and Section 12 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, registered at Police Station Murthal, District Sonipat (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner has already been acquitted by the trial Court.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
