MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA, J.(Oral) By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has sought the relief of anticipatory/pre-arrest bail in the criminal case arisen out of the FIR bearing No.0142 dated 14.11.2022 registered at Police Station Shri Anandpur Sahib, under Sections 406 and 498-A IPC.

Today, learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI J.N. Saini from the afore-referred Police Station, informs the Court that in compliance of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench on 05.12.2022 and by this Court on 29.08.2023, the petitioner has joined in the investigation and his custodial interrogation is not required and he is also not involved in any YAG DUTT 2023.11.02 11.17 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgement

In view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, the present petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioner named Manpreet Sharma by the Co-ordinate Bench vide the said order dated 05.12.2022, is hereby made absolute. 4.

However, the petitioner shall continue to join in the investigation as and when required/called upon to do so and shall also strictly abide by all the conditions as laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (MEENAKSHI I. MEHTA) October 31, 2023 JUDGE Yag Dutt Whether speaking/reasoned:
