(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision is to order dated 14.07.2017 passed by learned District Judge, Family Court, Barnala in an application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. titled as 'Simrat Kaur vs. Ajaypaljit Singh' whereby the petitioner-husband has been directed to pay interim maintenance as Rs.10,000/- p.m. alongwith litigation expenses of Rs.3,000/- to the respondent No.2-wife.

At the outset, learned proxy counsel for the petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw the present revision. Permitted to do so.
