(ORAL) By way of present petition, prayer has been made for initiation of proceedings against respondent for willful and deliberate violation of order dated 06.09.2023 passed by this Court in CWP19793-2023. The operative part of the aforesaid order is reproduced hereunder for reference:- "After hearing the counsel for the parties and perusing the record, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation for redressal of his grievance to the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Collector, District Sonipat within ten days from today. If he files any such representation, then the Deputy Commissioner-cum-Collector, District Sonipat would deal with and decide the same as per law within four weeks from the date of filing of the same.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of." 2.

A perusal of the petition shows that despite there being a specific direction issued by this Court, the respondent has failed to decide the representation dated 08.09.2023 served upon him. 3.
