RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of order or direction especially writ in the nature of certiorari/mandamus for quashing the impugned action of respondents No.1 and 2 in not getting the spot inspection of the land of the petitioner adjoining canal outlet No.8238-L Minor No.7 Rajbaha Boha to ensure compliance of orders dated 27.06.2019, Annexure P-2 passed by respondent No.1 and order dated 31.07.2019, Annexure P-3, passed by respondent No.2 whereby the petitioner was directed to carry out repairs and further directing respondents No.1 and 2 to depute some senior officer or Ziledar of some other canal sub Division for the said inspection as respondent No.
3, who is Ziledar of Sub Division Boha is intentionally submitting wrong reports about the petitioner to the officers informing them about non-compliance of the above orders which is absolutely incorrect thereby exposing the petitioner to risk of another round of litigation at the behest of private respondents No.4 to 6. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite MEENU 2023.10.
CWP-34798-2019 -2best efforts he has no instructions from his client and thus he is unable to assist the Court.
