**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of directions to the official respondents to conduct fair and impartial inquiry in FIR No.115 dated 11.08.2018, registered under Sections 302 and 34 IPC, at Police Station GRP Faridabad.

At the outset, learned State counsel, on the instructions from SI Narinder Singh, submits that in the present case, a cancellation report has been prepared and the prosecution agency is in the process of filing the same before the Court concerned and thus, the present petition has become infructuous.

Since, the cancellation report has already been prepared, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court. Dismissed.
