******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) This is petition for direction to Commissioner of Police, Faridabad to take legal action in case FIR No. 406 dated 20.7.2019 registered at Police Station Palla, District Faridabad for offence punishable under Sections 406/420 of IPC.

After registration of the case Investigating Officer/Police is required to proceed further and take legal action and no such direction is required to be issued. The petitioner in her representation Annexure P-2 (Colly) is seeking arrest of one of the accused named in the FIR. It is for the Investigating Officer/Police to look into the representation on the basis of evidence, however, no such direction to arrest any person in this case is required to be given.
