(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Nirmal Singh, in case FIR No. 117 dated 19.07.2018 registered under Sections 354-B, 452, 341, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Guruharsahai, District Ferozepur. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 08.01.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
