(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C is for grant of regular bail in FIR No.180 dated 18.05.2022, under Sections 406, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 120-B IPC added later on) at Police Station Bilaspur, District Yamunanagar (Annexure P-1). 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are inadvertent errors in the present petition inasmuch as that the petitioner could not mention other pending case FIRs' and prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.

In view of the above submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
