ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) On 27.04.2022, the following order was passed : "This is a revision petition of 2019. On 02.12.2019 the case was adjourned to 03.03.2020. On 03.03.2020 none had put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, the matter could not be taken up due to outbreak of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The matter has been called twice today, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner.

In the interest of justice, one last opportunity is granted to counsel for the petitioner to argue the matter, failing which the present petition shall be dismissed for nonprosecution. List on 19.07.2022.
