******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Vide order dated 28.09.2016 passed in CWP No. 18359 of 2015 respondent No. 1 was directed to ensure issuance of Form US-3 in favour of the petitioners. The Form was issued in May, 2017 in compliance of that order.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though Form US-3 has been issued but mutation in favour of petitioners has not been sanctioned so far.

The order dated 28.09.2016 has already been complied with, as such, this petition has no merits.

Dismissed.

Rule discharged.

However, the petitioners are at liberty to avail other legal remedies with regard to their grievances.
