Harnaresh Singh Gill, J (Oral) As contended by learned counsel for the petitioners, an enquiry was initiated on complaint dated 07.08.2017 filed by petitioner No.1 and as per the report, it was found that cognizable offence seems to be committed.

Learned counsel states that there was another enquiry dated 15.09.2017, vide which, matter has been relegated to the Food Corporation of India against whom the complaint has been preferred by the petitioners. Learned counsel further states that their complaint/representation dated 07.05.2018 (Annexure P-8) is pending before respondent No.2 - Superintendent of Police, Karnal and petitioners would be satisfied if the same is disposed of by the S.P. Karnal within a reasonable time.
