**** Sukhvinder Kaur, J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 482 BNSS, 2023 for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.57 dated 23.06.2025 under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 190, 191(3) BNS registered at Police Station Julkan District Patiala.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Jasbir Singh, has apprised the Court that in compliance of order dated 29.08.2025 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation and his further investigation is not required.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief, as extended to the petitioner by this Court vide order dated 29.08.2025, is hereby made absolute. 4.
