RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for staying the impugned orders dated 24.04.2018, Annexure P-1, passed by respondent No.3 and 03.05.2023, Annexure P-2, passed by respondent No.2 during pendency of the revision petition alongwith stay application dated 10.07.2023, Annexure P-3, pending before respondent No.1, who is not holding the Court and no date has been given after 09.08.2023, whereas the matter is of urgent nature as the petitioner has been suspended from the post of Sarpanch.

It has been contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has already availed her remedy of filing revision alongwith stay application, which is pending before respondent No.1 but the same has not been taken up for hearing after 09.08.2023. He submits that if stay application filed by the petitioner is not heard, she would suffer an irreparable loss as respondent/authorities would implement the impugned MEENU 2023.11.03 18:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

On asking of the Court, Mr.Rajneesh Chadwal, AAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State and has stated that the next date fixed in the revision is 13.12.2023. After hearing counsel for the parties and in the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1, i.e. Financial Commissioner and Principal Secretary to Govt. of Haryana, to take up the stay application and revision and decide the stay application on 13.12.2023.
