RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0048 dated 22.04.2018 registered under Sections 326, 324, 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Mehatpur, Jalandhar Rural, District Jalandhar. On instructions from Investigating Officer, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 19.12.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
