H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition. However, a direction be issued to the court of Additional District Judge, Ludhiana, to decide the application for stay of the execution expeditiously.

In view of such statement, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

However, the court of Additional District Judge, Ludhiana, is directed to dispose of the application for grant of stay, moved by the revisionist, within a week from the date of receipt of copy of this order there.
