*** MANOJ BAJAJ, J.(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioners under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of a direction to the official respondents No.2 and 3 for protection of their life and liberty at the hands of private respondents No.4 to 9, as they have married against the wishes of private respondents.

Learned State counsel has filed reply by way of affidavit of Harbhajan Singh, Inspector, SHO, PS Naraingarh on behalf of respondent No.1 in Court along with the statements of Sarpanch, Lambardar and one Yogesh Kumar of village Berkheri, Tehsil Nariangarh, District Ambala (Annexures R-1 to R-3). The same are taken on record. Copy given to the counsel for the petitioners.

In the reply, it is mentioned that the petitioners are not resident of village Berkheri and have not even temporarily resided there. It is Sheetal Gawri 2019.02.20 13:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CRM-M-61522-2018 (O & M) -2further mentioned that they are the permanent resident of village Tabar, Tehsil Nukar, District Saharanpur (UP).
