NAMIT KUMAR, J. (ORAL) This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking anticipatory bail in case FIR No.049 dated 26.02.2020 under Sections 420, 406, 506, 120-B IPC registered at Police Station Chhapar, District Yamuna Nagar, Haryana.

After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty that the petitioner would surrender before the trial Court within a week and would seek regular bail, the same be considered and decided expeditiously.
