**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) The precise grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that he applied for the post of Conductor in General Category against advertisement dated 28.02.2009. He was put in the waiting list of general category at Sr. No. 106 whereas posts in ESM General category more than 174 are lying vacant. Accordingly, as per judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 13384-2011 titled as Garima Jindal vs. HVPNL and another, the posts lying vacant under ESM General category were required to be converted/reverted to the main category i.e general category. Further this Court vide order dated 09.10.2018 passed in CWP No. 14326-2017 directed the respondents to exhaust the waiting list in accordance with law.

Issue notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Harish Rathee, Sr. DAG Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall supply copy of the petition to learned State counsel by today itself.
