1. Present application has been filed praying for directing the respondents to release salary dues to the petitioner.

2. The main case is taken on board today itself.

3. The petitioner has come before this Court in relation to an issue which is to be adjudicated at the first stage by the Educational Tribunal formed under the Punjab Affiliated Colleges (Security of Service) Act, 1974.

4. Keeping in view that the said Educational Tribunal is functional, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application before the concerned Tribunal, who would also have powers to pass interim orders.
