Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for quashing of FIR No.0169 dated 06.08.2023 (P-1), under Sections 465, 471 & 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, registered at Police Station, City Moga, District Moga, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom.
