Only grievance of the petitioner is that its application for grant of fertilizer licence has not been decided despite the fact that it submitted application after completing all the formalities. Notice of motion.

On the asking of court, Mr. Sahil Sharma, DAG Punjab, who is present in court accepts notice. He submits that in case application is still pending and is complete in all respects, decision thereon shall be taken by the concerned authority at the earliest, in any case not later than one month from today.
