(Oral) The petitioners have approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the respondents to remove the name of the petitioner from Special Approved List (SAL) of Export Credit Guarantee Corporation Ltd. (ECGC) & CIBIL maintained on the recommendation of respondent No.1 - Bank, as the full and final settled amount has been deposited. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that liberty be granted to the petitioners to file a detail and comprehensive representation to respondents No.1 & 2 for the relief as claimed in the present writ petition. However, a prayer was made that a time bound direction be issued to the concerned respondents to decide the same expeditiously. 3.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, perusing the present petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the controversy, we dispose of the present writ petition by permitting the petitioners to file a separate detail and comprehensive representation before respondents No.1 & 2 within a week from receipt of certified copy of the order.
