Petitioner, a complainant in complaint No. ICMS/2025/026564 dated 07.08.2025, has filed the present petition praying therein to issue directions to respondents No. 1 and 2 to take action on the said compliant. 2.

Mr. Vaibhav Mittal, Addl. PP, UT, Chandigarh has put in appearance on behalf of UT and states that during the course of enquiry proceedings, complainant stated that since Rs.12,000/- for which he had filed the complaint have already been recovered, therefore, he does not wish to pursue further with the complaint. Statement of the complainant recorded by the IO has already been placed on record.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition.
