-.- MANDEEP PANNU J. (Oral) CRM-40247-2025 This is an application for directing the investigating agency to allow the petitioner to join investigation in view of order dated 01.09.2025. Since, the petitioner has already joined the investigation as informed by the learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI - Daljit Singh, the present application is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. CRM-M-48296-2025 1.

The instant petition under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 (earlier Section 438 of Cr.P.C) has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.173 dated 26.07.2025 under Sections 108 and 3(5) of BNS (corresponding to Section 306 and 34 IPC), registered at Police Station Division No.6, Police Commissionerate Ludhiana, Punjab. 2.

This Court vide order dated 01.09.2025 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to her joining the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 01.09.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation. 4.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI-Daljit Singh, has stated that the petitioner has since joined investigation and that she is no longer required for further investigation as of now. 5.

In view of the above, the order dated 01.09.2025 is made absolute. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of. 6.
