Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the demand notice-cum-representation (Annexure P-11) of the petitioner is decided by the respondents by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the respondents are directed to consider the demand notice-cumrepresentation (Annexure P-11) of the petitioner in light of the judgments passed by this Court in CWP No.1692 of 2017 titled as 'Dr. Dharampal Vs. Neha 2025.09.01 17:58 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Punjab Water Supply & Sewerage Board' (Annexures P-8 & P-9, respectively) and pass a speaking order, after affording him an opportunity to be heard, within a period of 03 months from the date of receiving a certified copy of this order. Further, the decision taken thereof shall be conveyed to the petitioner.
