(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for getting the detenues, mentioned in para No. 3 of the petition, released from the illegal detention of private respondents.

Status reports by way of affidavits of Sandeep Kumar, DSP, Ganaur, Sonipat and Anshaj Singh, District Magistrate, Sonepat have been filed which are taken on record. As per the said reports, the detenues mentioned in the writ petition, were not found on the spot. However, some labourers including the children were found who were sent to their respective villages. It has also been mentioned that as the record of the brick kiln was not available with the owner hence, proceedings under the Labour Law has been initiated against him. In view of the above, no further action is called for. The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
