Learned counsel for respondent No.4 submits that necessary survey shall be conducted by respondent No.4 - Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat, Handiaya, within a period of one month from today. It is further submitted that upon completion of the survey, if any ramp constructed in front of a house in the village lanes is found to be obstructing the passage, the same shall be rectified so as to ensure smooth flow of traffic in the lanes. 6.

Keeping in view the aforesaid stand taken by learned counsel for respondent No.4, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. 7.
