Learned counsel for the petitioner states that since final order has been passed by the respondents, the petitioner would challenge the same by way of filing a fresh writ petition and he does not want to proceed further with the instant writ petition and has accordingly instructed him to withdraw the same, therefore, necessary permission be granted to him to withdraw the present writ petition.

Permission is granted. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The petitioner may file fresh writ petition challenging the order, if so advised in accordance with law.
