(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition filed by the husband is to the order dated 25.07.2024 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Ludhiana, whereby in a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has been directed to pay ad-interim maintenance of Rs.5,000/- per month to the respondent/wife from the date of filing of the application.
After arguing the matter for some time, when this Court is not inclined to interfere, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.
