(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Mukhtiar Singh, states that the instant petition vide which the petitioner was seeking quashing of order dated 16.10.2017 (Annexure P5) whereby he had been declared a Proclaimed Offender in FIR No. 9 dated 05.02.2016 under Section 22 of the NDPS Act registered at Police Station Kulgari, District Ferozepur has been rendered infructuous as the petitioner stands arrested on 25.09.2022. In the wake of the submissions made by the learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant petition. Dismissed as not pressed.
