(Oral) Petitioners are seeking direction to the respondent to allow the petitioners to continue on the post of Assistant Professor/Extension Lecturer in the subject of Commerce inter alia on the ground that in respondent No.3/college in commerce department, there is requirement of more than 30 lecturers to meet out the workload.

Petitioners are non-NET Lecturers and had worked as Extension Lecturers in the respondent-College from January, 2012 to April, 2016. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of by giving direction to respondent No. 3 to consider the case of the petitioners, keeping in view of the judgment dated 29.07.2016 and general instructions issued by State of Haryana dated 13.07.2018.
