(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to official respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and her family members at the hands of private respondent No. 6. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing representation dated 22.11.2018 (Annexure P-2) but till date no action has been taken by respondent No.2 on the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 22.11.2018 (Annexure P-2) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

CRM-M-61764-2018 -2On asking of the Court, Mr.P.P. Chahar, learned DAG, Haryana, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No. 1 to 4. Five copies of the petition be handed over to him by learned counsel for the petitioner during the course of the day failing which no action is called for. He submits that the representation dated 22.11.2018 (Annexure P-2) will be decided within a period of six weeks. Heard.

Without going into the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 22.11.2018 (Annexure P-2), within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order and take necessary action in accordance with law.
