(Oral) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.69 dated 04.03.2013 under Sections 354/323/506/148/149 IPC and Section 3(1)(X), 3(1) and 4 SC & ST Act registered at Police Station City Tarn Taran, District Tarn Taran. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to order dated 20.11.2019 of this Court, the petitioner has appeared before the trial Court and he has been admitted on interim bail. In view of above, the present petition has been rendered infructuous.
