This is a petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 25.04.2006 passed in CRM-M-9282-M-2006. 2.

Order dated 25.04.2006 passed in CRM-M-9282-M-2006 reads as under :

"Prayer in the present petition is for issuance of directions to the respondents to provide police protection to the petitioner, as his life and liberty is in danger. Counsel for the State of Haryana, on instructions, states that requisite security has been provided to the petitioner and shall be continued to be provided till such time the threat exists.

In view of the aforementioned statement, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such."

COCP-3936-2024 (O&M) --2-- 3.

As per the affidavit of Sh. Arsh Verma, IPS, Superintendent of Police, Charkhi Dadri, a fresh threat assessment was carried out by the SHO, Police Station City Dadri on 15.11.2024 and it was found that there was no threat to the petitioner. It has further been stated that no fresh representation has been received from the petitioner regarding any fresh threats from the accused Vijay who is declared a proclaimed offender. 4.

In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is disposed off as such. Rule stands discharged. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 5.
