(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to the notice dated 07.12.2018 (Annexure P-4), passed by respondent No.3, vide which the petitioners have been directed to hand over the vacant possession of the house/property in dispute the respondent-Bank. A further prayer for issuing direction to respondents No.1 & 2 to enter into One Time Settlement with the petitioners, has been made. 2.
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners either to approach the respondent-Bank or take recourse to the alternative remedies as may be available to the petitioners under the provisions of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
