The petitioners have filed the instant petition with a prayer to direct the respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the lives and liberty of the petitioners and also direct the respondents No.4 to 7 not to interfere in their lives and liberty. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have already submitted a representation dated 12.10.2024 (Annexure P-3) to respondent No.2-the Senior Superintendent of Police, Kaithal and he shall be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2 to look into their aforesaid representation.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 4.

In view of the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners and without expressing anything on the merits and claim of the parties, respondent No.2- the Senior Superintendent of Police, Kaithal is directed to depute a senior officer to look into the representation (Annexure MAMTA 2024.10.19 14:13 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
