The instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the e Constitution n of India, seeking quashing of f charge-sheet dated 18.10.2018 (Annexure P-18) whereby disciplinary pr roceedings have been initiated d against the p petitioner and for issuance of a direction to respondent No.1 to o constitute a Sexual Harassment Committee, , as warranted by the judgments s of the Hon n'ble Supreme Court in Vasha aka Versus State of Rajasthan, 1997(6) SCC C 241 and as per the Sexual Hara assment of Women at Work SANJEEV KUMAR 2026.04.18 10:16 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Mr. M.K. Dogra, learned counsel for respondent No.1, on instructions from the Registrar, submits that the charge-sheet dated 18.10.2018 (Annexure P-18) shall be withdrawn and since the petitioner has retired on 31.12.2023, all admissible retiral dues shall be released to her, within a period of two months, subject to the completion of necessary formalities.

In view of the said statement, learned senior counsel for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, does not press the present petition and wishes to withdraw the same. 4.
