Mr. Vijay Pal, Advocate, for the petitioners. **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Present petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking issuance of direction to the respondents to consider/accept their application form for the post of Animal Attendant, in pursuance to advertisement dated 26.08.2018 (P-5) by providing age relaxation, keeping in view observations given in order dated 27.02.2015 (P-3).

Learned counsel submits that petitioners earlier filed CWP NO. 23829-2013 which was against communication and public notice issued by the authorities whereby process of selection for the post of Animal Attendant was cancelled. The writ petition was disposed of on 27.02.2015 (P-3) and the matter was ordered to be required to be considered by the Government of India for grant of relaxation to the class of such candidates regarding their age. Learned counsel submits that since the petitioners have participated in the earlier advertisement, which was later on cancelled, they be now given age relaxation for participating in the new advertisement, keeping in view order dated 27.02.2015 (P-3).

The present writ petition deserves to be dismissed as when the Gaurav Arora 2019.03.26 11:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 38025-2018 advertisement dated 22.02.2014 (P-4) was withdrawn, the petitioners never approached this Court against withdrawal of the advertisement. Further in the new advertisement dated 26.08.2018 (P-5), there is no provision of age relaxation. Thus the petitioners have approached this Court very late after the final result has been declared.

No ground is made out for issuance of direction to the respondents for giving age relaxation to the petitioners. The petition stands disposed of.
