Seeking quashing of complaint captioned above as well as order dated 29.11.2021 passed by JMIC, Ludhiana, the petitioner has come up before this Court under Section 482 CrPC.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition and submits that personal appearance of the petitioner be exempted considering the fact that she is a woman.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. It is clarified that if the petitioner files an application for exemption from personal appearance, then the trial Court shall consider to exempt the personal appearance of the petitioner except when her presence is necessary. All pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
