RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners as they have been summoned to face trial vide order dated 14.09.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, in case FIR No.0029 dated 07.03.2018, under Sections 306/506 IPC, registered at Police Station Sultanwind, District Amritsar.

Counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court at the first instance.

Allowed as prayed for.
