(ORAL) The present peƟƟon has been filed under ArƟcle 226 of the ConsƟtuƟon of India for issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direcƟon in the nature of Mandamus direcƟng respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the peƟƟoners by providing police protecƟon to them and respondent No. 4 not to harass them. 2.

Counsel for the peƟƟoners has referred to paragraphs No. 4 and 5 of the reply dated 20.03.2023 and submits that threat percepƟons is over. 3.

Given above, nothing survives in the present peƟƟon and the same is disposed of with liberty to the peƟƟoners to approach this Court again and file a fresh peƟƟon in case any threat percepƟon arises in future. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
