The present petition has been filed for quashing of impugned order dated 05.06.2023 in case No. CHI-37375 of 2022 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gurugram in FIR No. 232 dated 17.12.2021 registered under Sections 506, 34 and 323 of the IPC at Police Station Civil Lines, District Gurugram Learned Counsel contends that pursuant to the order dated 09.09.2025, the petitioner surrendered before the trial Court and deposited the cost as imposed by this Court and has been admitted to interim bail on furnishing of the surety bonds/bail bonds.

Learned State counsel does not disputed the aforesaid facts. The present petition is accordingly allowed and the interim order dated 09.09.2025 is made absolute.
