The present petition has been filed seeking cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the private respondents No. 1 to 4 jointly vide the impugned order dated 07.08.2025 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Ludhiana (Annexure P-3).

After vehemently arguing on the merits of the case, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that all his contentions be kept open and he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, so as to avail appropriate remedies in accordance with law.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty.
