Prayer in this writ petition is for quashing notice dated 02.11.2022 issued under Section 13(4) of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2.

Learned counsel for respondent/bank submits that this writ petition is rendered infructuous as account in question was settled and closed on 02.01.2024. OTS had been sanctioned in favour of the borrower on 28.03.2023.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that she does not have any instructions in this regard. However, keeping in view the categoric statement made on behalf of respondent/bank, we find no justification to continue the present proceedings.
