Learned State counsel submits that during pendency of the petition, the petitioners' case was considered for regularization with effect from 01.04.1993, and has been rejected vide order dated 21.04.2020, Annexure R-1. The said order has not been impugned herein. 3.

In view thereof, the petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to challenge the speaking order dated 21.04.2020, if so advised.
