The present revision petition has been filed raising challenge to the order dated 26.05.2025 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Hisar, whereby, the learned Family Court has partially allowed the petition preferred by the petitioner under Section 125 Cr.P.C. 2.

After vehemently arguing on the merits of the case and finding that the Court is not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. 3.

In light of the above, the present petition stands dismissed as withdrawn, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
