Copy of settlement/agreement has also been annexed with the report, which is duly signed by the parties concerned. In view of the amicable settlement reached between the parties, the terms whereof has been spelt out in the settlement agreement, counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, submits that he does not want to pursue with the present application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn. Ordered accordingly.

Parties shall remain bound by the terms, as settled in the settlement/agreement and make appearance before learned trial Court, on the next date fixed i.e. 04.04.2026, for seeking appropriate remedy in view of this settlement.
