Learned counsel for the respondents-UOI submits that respondents have received the report of CFSL qua petitioners No.2 and 4 and report is supporting cause of the petitioners, thus, appointment letters would be issued in due course.

The matter is pending before this Court since 2022 and respondents have already received favourable report from CFSL. 3.

In the wake of statement of learned counsel for the respondents, the petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents to issue appointment letter to the petitioners within two months from today.
